The Inspirational Journey of Paul Jackson Jr.
Born in Kingston, Tennessee, Paul Jackson Jr. pursued his passion for technology while navigating the challenges of Autism and ADHD. After earning degrees in information technology and experiencing a period of unemployment, he joined Tech 4 All Tennessee as an intern and found a purpose that matched his desire to help others.
Paul first repaired and refurbished computers for underserved residents. As the organization expanded its training programs, his patience, empathy, and ability to connect with students led him from technician to teacher. His classes became especially meaningful to older adults who appreciated the way he made technology approachable and less intimidating.
Paul’s journey from job seeker to trusted instructor demonstrates what can happen when determination meets opportunity and community support. He continues to help students build skills, confidence, and independence.
“I’ve found a place where I’m happy, and I feel like I’m helping people.”
